Okay, I've never been much for keeping track on my blog as far as numbers go. I am pretty aware of the number of articles that I write only because it's posted on the top right hand corner, but I really haven't taken a look to see where I'm at as far as the Top Twenty goes.

I do remember a time when I was like 15 or so. Briefly. But that was sometime last March. And after taking a look at where I'm sitting at right now, I was pretty surprised. I dropped down to 61. SIXTY-ONE!! I don't recognize half the names ahead of me, which, I suppose is the reason why.

All right, I'm not concerned about it... I've got my posse of readers, and I'm a groupie to many here.

But wow. What a letdown.

Peace.

Last time I checked, I was exactly #100.

I took it as a good omen.    Just switch your way of thinking, it always helps.

The numbers are silly, they don't have any way to show what truly matters in a blog, that your enjoying yourself writing it. Or how many friends and such you make through both writing and reading others here. Your blog does not suck, it just has less pointless points then some other peoples.

And the numbers don't always indicate quality. I know how some people got to be in the top 20, and I don't particularly envy them. Cheers.

Dead on comment there.

I will admit to caring at some times in the past. Lately though, it just doesn't matter to me. I hope folks like to read what I write, but I refuse to write simply what I think folks will read. I will write what I want, the rest doesn't matter. Keep on keeping on NickyG!
