I mentioned it in my latest blog, but I'm slowly going crazy with my 6 year old's incessant chattering.

I love her voice. It's such a sweet, girly voice. It's cute to listen to, because there's some word sounds that she still can't say properly such as mixing up W's for R's, and pronouncing other words incorrectly, like 'hopsital' for 'hospital', etc,. But, lately, she's just been going on and on about anything and everything. Since she was by my side for over 72 hours, I was going batty. Now that she's at school, I miss her. I am longing for her to do her sing-song thing, where everything that she says is warbled in an off-pitch voice.

Crazy, huh?

I go through the same thing with my daughter.  She drives me absolutely nuts sometimes (especially when I am deep in my weekly "bill paying" mode and she insists on talking to me while I'm trying to calculate things).  But, when she's not around I miss the never ending babble of funny things she says.  Some times you need a break from them, but then it feels wrong when that break comes.
