cuz I'm just too lazy

I have a great pair of capri jeans that fit excellently when right out of the dryer, and then, as the day progresses, become so loose that I'm almost losing my pants by then end of it all.

Someone stole my lunch from the common fridges at work. I was both pissed off, and a bit relieved. It was a frozen tv dinner that included mystery meat loaf and instant mashed potatoes. I ended up having to buy my lunch at Mr Sub. Not so bad in retrospect.

Riding my bike home this evening, 7 cruisers flew by flashing cherries and blaring sirens. I took a detour down a different road and broke a spoke after going way too fast over a curb and around the corner. Almost ate gravel, but managed to stay aboard. Saw the same cruisers parked alongside the bike trail that leads past my housing. Saw more cruisers and an ambulance outside my housing. Apparently 2 guys in masks tried to break into my downstairs neighbour's apartment. Guess that's what happens when you deal drugs from home.

I've been dizzy since coming back from my camping trip. I dove a couple of times off a raft in the middle of the lake, and my ears have felt funny ever since. It's not painful, but I just feel like I'm swaying back and forth continually, even if I'm sitting still. Since I swam almost constantly the whole time I was there, I'm attributing it to that, but if it gets much worse, I guess I'd better get to the doctor. I'm not quite up for 4 hours wait time at the walk-in clinic though.

For my next 2 days off, I have plans to simply lay back, watch movies, and drink coffee. I'll be online a bit more, but I don't have any other goals than just being frivolous with my time.

Maybe one day, I'll write with organization in mind. For now, this will have to do.

your ears may be harboring some sorta bacteria altho usually there's pain before vertigo.

You may be suffering from swimmer's ear. (water clogged ears) I often do after swimming. My equilibrium is usually out of kilter for a couple of hours afterwards. It usually goes away after the trapped water evaporates. Sometimes I have to use an ear dryer. ( a small fan inserted into the ear, it usually takes a minute or two for the water to dry up).

I also suffer from swimmers ear like UBob.  But it is usually gone within a day.  So kb may be right.  Having a doc check it out cannot hurt.

That was a great blog Nicky.  I really enjoyed it.  Sometimes these random bit blogs are my favorite.

Oy, sorry about your spoke, glad you didn't hit dirt! Gee, doesn't sound good with the neighbors, hopefully they'll move.

Definately visit a doc if your ears doesn't clear up. Laze around on your next days off, sounds like a plan!

I love the random ones too, Nicky. They're some of the most fun. Have fun with your couple of days off.

Nic,
I am just seeing this. How's the ear and the neighbors?

You should check for loose spokes at least once a week. Oh yeah, and don't run over curbs, that's a bad thing.

So, did your neighbor make out ok or did the robbers get their drugs or whatever?

Sounds like a lovely neighborhood.
